If you're as passionate about data and insights as we are, you're going to love the improvements we've made to our reporting feature in both the Brand and Buyer Hubs

We're taking things up a notch, and I'm thrilled to give you the low-down on what's new and how it's going to supercharge your experience of Tillo. 

Why we’ve upgraded our reporting

At Tillo, our goal has always been to deliver an unparalleled experience for our customers. While our reporting features were already pretty stellar, we knew we could do even better. 

Some of you told us that the older version was a bit slow, unreliable, and had some hitches with downloading, and feedback like this doesn't go unnoticed! So, we put our heads down and worked to ensure you get nothing but the best. ✨

What’s new and improved?

Whether you're interacting with the Brand Hub or the Buyer Hub, these features are universal; here’s what you can expect from our new and improved reporting. 💪

Greater Capacity 

Our engineers have outdone themselves, making our reporting so robust it can now handle up to a million rows in one go! So go ahead, let the data flood in; you can now run mammoth reports knowing our system can take it.

On the off chance that you do try to run a report with more rows of data than even Excel can handle, we’ll let you know so that you can adjust your parameters. 

Unwavering Reliability

While our reporting was already pretty reliable, that simply wasn’t up to Tillo standards, so we’re pleased to announce that the chances of our reporting crashing on you now are zero to none. 

You can now trust your insights to be there when you need them without ever needing to re-run a failed report. 

Improved User Experience

Previously, we required you to stay on one page while your reports ran, but no one wants to be stuck on a reporting page, right? 

Good news! Our reports now run in the background, freeing you up to focus on other tasks because we’ve got your data covered. When your report is ready, it will be available in the Reporting Centre, and you can go back and access it at any time.

Your Reports, Safely Stored

Your data is valuable. That's why reports are now securely stored in your Hub for you to revisit whenever you wish - no more re-running the same report because it got lost in your downloads folder. And yes, you can still export them for those deep dives into your spreadsheets.

We're incredibly proud of these upgrades, but that doesn't mean we're resting on our laurels.
