Giftcloud, a Groupon company, is an agency providing digital solutions that can deliver creative and innovative rewards that provide compelling offer headlines for marketing campaigns, rewards, and portals, supplying digital gift cards in real time.Giftcloud is owned by Groupon, a place where customers can discover new experiences every day and local businesses thrive. 

Challenge 

Giftcloud provides a number of products, services and tools for B2B and B2C customers including; a voluntary benefits platform businesses are able to whitelabel, an online consumer digital gift card mall, as well as powering multiple customer acquisition programmes on behalf of a number of well known high street retailers.  

Giftcloud had a need to access multiple retailers without the hassle of connecting their technology to each individual retailer, at the same time ensuring the widest possible choice to end users.  

Solution 

Giftcloud has worked with Tillo since the beginning in 2016. Using Tillo’s powerful API means that Giftcloud can connect their customers to hundreds of retailers without the need for multiple relationships and tech integrations.
