The UK high street has been severely impacted by COVID-19, but things are looking up...

On April 12th non-essential shops will reopen and hospitality venues will be able to serve food outside. As an added bonus, from April 12th we will no longer be required to stay local.

There are some brands on our network (such as Primark, Clarks, and GAP), who sell gift cards that can only be redeemed in-store, so we wanted to remind our partners to re-activate them in your account if you hadn’t already and remind your customers they are available. From next week, your end users can buy and use these in-store only gift cards.

All being well, on May 17th hospitality venues will also be allowed to serve food indoors and theatres, gig venues and cinemas will also open.

Here are some our favourite brands from the network we are excited to see re-opening their doors in the coming weeks:

Adored by fashion fans and value seekers alike Primark is widely established as the destination store for keeping up with the latest looks without breaking the bank. They offer a diverse range of products, stocking everything from baby and kids, to womens, mens, homeware, accessories, beauty products and confectionery. Primark operates today in over 175 stores across the UK.

On April 12th your end users will be able to redeem their Primark gift cards in store.

LEON is the home of Naturally Fast Food: food that tastes good, does you good, and is kind to the planet. They’re open from too early till too late, from the first Organic Flat White to the last LOVe Burger and Baked Fries, and all of the bits in between.

Ticketmaster is the number one destination for live event tickets. From popular theatre, comedy and the best sporting events, to family attractions, top gigs and festivals - Ticketmaster have it all. With new events added on a daily basis you’ll know there’s always a fresh and exciting reason to return time and time again.

On April 12th theme parks are set to welcome back thrillseekers, and Thorpe Park, Alton Towers and Legoland tickets can all be bought through Ticketmaster.

Just over a month later, on May 17th, indoor theatres, gig venues and cinemas are scheduled to open. There are some amazing events coming up this summer, such as the Guns & Roses Tour, Latitude 2021 and the Isle of Wight Festival.

Don't forget the rest!

It’s been an incredibly tough year for the UK’s brick & mortar retailers, hospitality venues and the entertainment sector in general, so we’re happy that they will finally be able to start trading properly again.

And don't forget, there is a multitude of other great brands on the Tillo network that will shortly be re-opening their doors:
